Reviews and Ratings
I have to say I've been coming to this hotel for years with friends, but my last visit was really disappointing. While staff members were friendly and the breakfast was decent, the facilities really let us down. The hot tub was out of service, the indoor pool was murky and too warm, and there was hair in our bathtub. We also had issues with our room assignments. Overall, it seems the quality has slipped significantly, especially considering the price we paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great for visiting Dollywood, which made it convenient for my family. However, the check-in process was confusing, and I felt the staff struggled to communicate effectively. The breakfast bar was often busy, leading to long lines, which made it difficult for my hungry grandsons. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable beds but wished there were improvements in the breakfast variety and service efficiency.
Our stay was quite average. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the arcade area and pool, but the dining options were limited and left us feeling disappointed. While the location was convenient, some facilities need better maintenance and more attention. Overall, for the price we paid, it was decent, but not stellar.
I have been returning to Park Tower Inn for many years, but my latest stay left me quite disappointed. The hotel has lost some of its charm with cleanliness issues in the room and disappointing amenities, like a non-functioning hot tub and a cloudy pool. On a brighter note, the location remains fantastic for exploring the area, but the overall experience didn't live up to what I remembered.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the room was clean and comfortable, and I thought the price was quite reasonable. On the other hand, I was really let down by the customer service; the check-in staff seemed uninterested and didn't provide any helpful information during my stay. Overall, it was decent but definitely room for improvement, particularly in how guests are greeted and assisted.
